Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes—international shipping is coming soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is custom-made just for you! Orders typically take 1–5 business days to prepare before shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Just email bellesundries@gmail.com to get started.
Please note: return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Are your materials safe for kids?
Yes—your child’s safety is incredibly important to us. We use plant-based PLA, non-toxic silicone, and other carefully sourced materials tested to meet U.S. safety standards.
That said, our products are intended to be used under direct parental supervision.
Do you offer custom colors or personalization?
We currently offer a curated range of colors that are tested for beauty, durability, and function. At this time, custom requests aren’t available—but feel free to reach out for special order inquiries!

These accessories are designed to fit the official Yoto Mini player and, when noted, the official Yoto Adventure Jacket. If you're using a third-party silicone cover, the fit may not be secure or as intended.
